How do I know that my order has been placed?
We will confirm your order by e-mail within 48 hours of it being placed. If you do not receive this confirmation please e-mail us at sales@giftsint.net
Who do I contact if I need more information before I place my order?
You can e-mail us at sales@giftsint.net, or use the contact form.
Can I place my order by fax or post, rather than via the Internet?
Yes, orders can also be placed by post. An order form is available on the website which can be downloaded and printed. A cheque payment or a postal order is required with your order. Once we receive the receipt of payment the goods will be despatched.

Can I pay by Cheque or Postal Order? ?
We use Paypal for secure shopping unless you want to order by post. A cheque or postal order can be made payable to Gifts International Ltd.
Can I place an order if I do not live in the UK?
Yes only if Paypal accept payment from your country. For more details please check paypal.co.uk.
How do I know that my credit card details are secure?
We trust paypal to ensure your credit details and your personal data. For more details please check paypal.co.uk.
 
 
How quickly will my goods be dispatched?
All orders placed on the Internet or the orders sent by post with a postal order will be despatched straight away, via Royal Mail. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery in the U.K.

All orders sent by post with cheque payments can take up to 7 working days for delivery in the U.K.
Can I have my goods delivered to an address other than my home address?
No, unfortunately we will only deliver items purchased online to the credit/debit card holder's address.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
In the unlikely event that your order is not received within 14 days please email us at sales@giftsint.net, or use the contact form.
Please mention all details in the email or in the form.
 
 
What do I do if the goods I receive are damaged or faulty?
We will ensure that goods are despatched to you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that any mishap has occurred during mailing, please e-mail us at sales@giftsint.net immediately and we will ask you to return to us the faulty goods and we will despatch replacement goods upon receipt.
Can I return the goods if I am not happy with them for any reason?
